Knitting for Community Good

Knit one. Purl two.  It is just the beginning of a whole series of fascinating adventures with knitting needles.  Come explore them all by joining forces with others like yourself to create a “magnificent force for good in the growing community of York” as the Woman’s Club of York mission states.

Come to our first meeting at the home of Neila Burrows, Tuesday, October 9, at 10 a.m., armed with one pair of knitting needles Size 5 and one (1) skein of 4 oz. of knitting worsted or something from your yarn stash in your favorite color.

If you are interested in joining or have questions for Neila, you will find her contact information in the latest Woman’s Club of York yearbook, which will be available at our Presidents’/New Member Reception, to be held at the Clubhouse on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 1:00PM.

The members of the Knitting Club enjoy a lesson from Neila Burrows.
