Unless otherwise noted, the Woman’s Club of York teas/events will be held at our Clubhouse, 228 East Market Street, York, PA at 1:00 PM on the third Friday of the month. All programs are open to the public with a fee of $10.00.

PRESIDENT’S/NEW MEMBER WELCOME RECEPTION
12:00 PM 

The Woman’s Club will meet for a lovely garden party in the beautiful gardens of president, Bernadette Free. A boxed catered lunch will be provided by the WC board and the coming year will be discussed. New members will be introduced. 

No charge for members. Guest fee is $10.

FALL LUNCHEON
1:00 PM

This year our annual fall luncheon will be held “under the tent” at the beautiful Box Hill Mansion at Regent’s Glen, 1501 Copper Beach York, Pa. 17403. You must make a reservation for this event by October 7th. Registration 11:30, Lunch 12:00 noon. Invite your friends to join you for lunch and card games of your choice. There will be an array of lovely baskets to be auctioned, plus 50/50 raffles, door prize drawings and prizes for card winners. Cost is $35.00 for members and $40.00 for guests. Eloy Jaimes, nephew of WCY member, Mary Homsher, is an experienced executive chef with a demonstrated history of working in the wholesale industry. Skilled in catering, restaurant management, food & beverage and hospitality management, Eloy will show us a delicious and delightful addition to our Thanksgiving dinner.

The Byrnes Health Education Center is dedicated to inspiring people of all ages to make healthy choices. Our speaker today will focus on developing and maintaining a healthy self.  Topics discussed are heart health including heart disease and stroke, nutrition, stress management and more.

The United States has produced many great women artists, but it is not always easy/convenient to view their works in the great art museums. Don’t let that stop you from experiencing great modern and contemporary American Women Artists. Our speaker, Ellen Ehlenbeck, will guide us on a virtual tour of her favorite pieces from the comfort of our beautiful club house.
